| VBAC |
Vaginal Birth After C-Section. A woman may choose to have a baby delivered vaginally after a previous delivery by C-section. Benefits of a VBAC include fewer complications and shorter recovery time than with a repeat C-section, as well as holding and breastfeeding your baby sooner than with a repeat C-section. The success rate is 75%, while 25% end up repeating a C-section. Consult with your Obstetrician or OBGYN doctor to see if you are a good candidate. |
