Rodney E. Hill, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Rodney Hill is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and the owner of Associates in Women's Health of the Mahoning Valley, Inc., located in Youngstown, OH. With over 15 years of practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Warren and Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. Hill is an established expert on female healthcare—respected by both colleagues and patients.
Prior to opening Associates in Women's Health of the Mahoning Valley, Inc. in 2005, Dr. Hill was Medical Director of the Women's Care Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Warren, Ohio for seven years. There, he supervised all obstetrical and gynecological services provided by the hospital, including baby delivery.
Dr. Hill received a comprehensive, first-rate education. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Virginia State University, his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and his residency training at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C.—where he learned from experienced obstetricians and gynecologists, and completed his OBGYN residency.
For several years, Dr. Hill has specialized in promoting maternal health and reducing infant mortality. In 2015, he participated in a state-wide panel on infant mortality—and in 2016, he was recognized by UnitedHealthcare® of Ohio with an award for his leadership and dedication to this important work.

Cynthia Daniels, MSN, RN, NP-C
Ms. Daniels is a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio, as well as a Clinical Nursing Instructor at Youngstown State University.
She holds a Diploma in Nursing from Sharon General Hospital School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from YSU, a Master of Science Degree with a Concentration in Chronic Illness from the Clinical Nurse Specialist Program at YSU and a Post Master of Science Certificate from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at YSU.
Ms. Daniels’ responsibilities at Associates in Women’s Health include providing prenatal care through delivery, gynecological exams and postmenopausal care at the AIW Health office in Youngstown, OH.
